This is an invite only event. SWAT will select 4 Boys and 4 Girls to attend the camp. If you declare, you are not entitled to go. Direct communication will be made with invited swimmers.
Camp Description:
One of the quickest ways to produce positive improvement is technical change. It can have immediate effects on a young swimmer’s performance and confidence (as well as, a coach’s). During these camps we are going to focus on things that are often overlooked, such as the dive, streamlining, dolphin kick, etc. We are going to teach with the hopes that ALL attendees take something back to their programs that they can share.
SPRING 2026 CAMPS – RECC POOL, TRURO NS
Lunch will be provided during the classroom session. The classroom sessions will include a moderated technical discussion with the swimmers.
Female Camp (Female Coaching Staff)
Saturday May 2nd (Female: In the Pool 2:00-3:20pm 8 lanes (Pool Session – Starts, Turns & Finishes!)
3:30-4:50pm classroom (Moderated by TBD)
Male Camp (Male Coaching Staff)
Saturday May 2nd (Male: In the Pool 3:30-4:50pm 8 lanes (Pool Session – Starts, Turns & Finishes)
2:00-3:20pm classroom (Moderated by TBD)
Age Groups: 11-14 years old (M/F)
