A new format for the Swim NS meets in May.
Day 1 will feature the 100IM that every swimmer will participate in. There will also be 2 of the 50s that everyone will race.
Day2 will open with the TOP 8 100IM swimmers going at it again, Followed by the other 2 stroke 50s. The session finishes with the TOP 4 100IM times giving it one more go for final placings.
Final rankings will be an aggregate score of the 100IM and the four 500s together.
There will be opportunities to race the 100 and 200m events in the afternoon of day 1.
